Why was the birth rate dropped in Japan
The total fertility rate in Japan has declined for the past few years. Why is this happening and how could this be addressed as a problem? Let’s consider what to think about this situation.
Low birth rates are happening because there are circumstances in which it is difficult for young couples to have children. These background issues are relevant to Japan’s culture. Most of Japanese parents work their own jobs. Then, if they choose to have a baby, the infant has to be deposited in a kindergarten or day care center. But, because time to keep it is short, it makes little sense even if you keep it.
